Southbound Snowbird is a traditional Saison which has been soured with our Kettle Souring process. This produces a very dry, tart beer with a distinct clove-like spice and earthy aroma. Sorachi Ace and Northern Brewer hops add a rustic and subtle lemongrass flavor, and the acidity gives a refreshing crispness that begs you to take another sip.
