Desert Gold is a traditional saison which features Arizona-grown base malt which was grown right here in the Grand Canyon State. We took this delicious malt and used it as a base for a traditional saison with a very rustic and spicy french saison yeast. A late addition of mosaic hops results in a distinct fruitiness that counterbalances the earthy clove-heavy finish of the beer. Incredibly dry and amazingly drinkable, this beer is also our first release in 12-oz bottles. Available in 4-packs to go at the brewery and around the state, as well as individual bottles for on-site consumption at the brewery.
