Comb the Desert is a collaboration that was brewed with Dragoon Brewing Company out of Tucson. This beer features Arizona-grown base malt that was grown right here in the Grad Canyon State. We brought this malt down to Dragoon and decided to brew a traditional Dark German Lager on their new 30 barrel brewhouse. The resulting beer is crisp, roasty, and dark as night, but with a deceivingly light mouthfeel. A slight minerally aftertaste from the lager yeast plays nicely with the subtle German hops. Available on draft and in select locations in 4-packs of 16-oz cans.
